Which makes it a good winter dish .<br \/>\nInspired by a meal I had at ain soph journey I made \u00a0this vegan hayashi-rice . Using a selection of \u00a0maitake and shimeji,enoki and eryngii mushrooms I saut\u00e9ed them with onion .<\/li>\n<li>Add a tablespoon of tomato pur\u00e9e and Worcestershire sauce each to a separate pan and warm through . To thicken the sauce I use \u00a0Kuzu powder.
