 Day of Cherry Blossom

To celebrate cherry blossom season I decided to launch the second of my seasonal boxes.
All Organic Vegan Sakura Butter Cookies.
Made with Organic vegan butter, sakura sugar and each with a preserved sakura flower, cut into a sakura flower shape.
Made in small batches to order you will receive five cookies crisp on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. Packed in a wooden box and wrapped in the next seasonal furoshiki “cherry blossom in moonlight”.

The furoshiki is made by Maeda Senko Co., Ltd. And was founded in 1961, with their headquarters and factory being located in Ukyo-ku, Kyoto, Japan. 

Size of cloth is (approx):500 x 500 mm and 100% cotton. A lovely addition to use in your home over spring or wrap a bento box in for a picnic. 

If you cannot be in japan for spring we can still celebrate Japanese spring time in our own way, by going out and enjoying nature. Maybe pack up a bento with delicious Japanese food maybe add one of my cookies for the taste of Japanese spring time.

Organic plain flour, organic vegan butter, organic non refined sugar, organic rice malt syrup, organic baking powder. Japanese preserved sakura flowers and home made organic sakura sugar.
