If your spending time around the Roppongi area it’s well worth taking the time to go to Roppongi hills a complex of offices,apartments, shops and restaurants .
There you will see the famous giant spider sculpture at Roku Roku plaza by the French artist Louise Bourgeois. It is also the headquarters for Asahi TV.
At the centre stands Mori Tower a 238 meter building which houses the Mori Art museum of modern art and the Tokyo city view and sky deck.
Admission is 1800 yen with an additional 500 yen if you want to go to the out side viewing platform.
Heading up late afternoon to watch the sunset over Mt Fuji and seeing the Metropolis of Tokyo turn from day to night its well worth a visit if you plan to maybe stay in Roppongi for the night life .
I recommend Veganic for food in Roppongi sadly another place Cafe 6 BT I visited closed.
Other places of interest near by are Tokyo tower, Zojo-ji temple and national art centre.
